(a) I UNDERSTAND that by registering for the color run, I release all liability for any injuries, paralysis, death, damage, or theft that may occur.
(b) I UNDERSTAND that Color My World is a club and not a 501(c)(3) organization.
(c) I UNDERSTAND and accept that my entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
(d) I UNDERSTAND that the event involves a corn-starch colorant that may irritate those with respiratory conditions.
(e) I UNDERSTAND that eyewear is encouraged but not required.
(f) I UNDERSTAND that should a thunderstorm occur on September 24, the color run will be moved to October 2 with the exact times and location.
(g) I UNDERSTAND that pets are not allowed.
(h) I UNDERSTAND that there is no smoking allowed.
(i) I UNDERSTAND that if I am under 18 years of age, I must have parental consent to attend and participate in the Color Run.
(j) I UNDERSTAND that if I bought a raffle ticket I must be present in order to claim my prize.
